NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
The Wind River Inter-Tribal Council's Department of Transportation (WRITC-DOT) is accepting proposals from qualified engineering firms to provide design services for the Little Wind River Pathway Project along Highway 132 (Blue Sky Highway), from Ethete Road to the Little Wind Casino, near Ethete, WY.
Sealed proposals must be received no later than 4:00 PM, February 6, 2026.

Qualifications for Classroom position (s): High School Diploma or equivalent a must.
Must be willing to take the Child Development Associate AA/ BA degree preferred for Head Start, (preferably in
ECE). The Head Start Program will provide additional education as needed. Copy of degree and original transcripts are required if applicable.
Qualifications for Custodian (s): 2 years work experience in related field of maintenance, electrical, plumbing, vehicles
and general knowledge of small appliances, knowledge of property maintenance.
Qualifications for Culture Teacher position (s): Recommendation/Endorsement from
Eastern Shoshone or Northern Arapaho Language and Culture Commission.
